In Hebrews 12:28 we are instructed to worship God with reverence and awe: "Let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe" (ESV). In order to experience the awe of God, we must become still before him. To hear the stillness of God's voice, we must be still. As we are quiet, God will create a sense of awe in us through our personal relationship with him. Experiencing a personal awe of God will enable us to create awe experiences for others. Our challenge is to be still and listen to God. When our words are few, God’s words are many.
