God did not leave mankind in his fallen state and condition. He provided a means of eternal Redemption through the sacrificial blood offering, death, and resurrection of His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17).
“And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God” (I John 4:14-15).
Salvation through Jesus Christ is obtained by believing in one’s heart and confessing with one’s mouth.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed” (Romans 10:9-11).
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).
Salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ is a free gift of God obtained only by faith and confession. Salvation cannot be bought or obtained by merit, works or deeds of righteousness. It is a gift of God’s unearned Favor or His Grace.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of your selves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Faith in His Blood.
“Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God” (Romans 3:25).
Redemption through His Blood.
“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace” (Ephesians 1:7).
We are made nigh by the Blood.
“But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ” (Ephesians 2:13).
We find forgiveness of sins through the Blood.
“In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:14).
We find peace and reconciliation through the Blood.
“And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven” (Colossians 1:20).
Our conscience is purged through the Blood.
“How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” (Hebrews 9:14).
We enter God’s presence through the Blood.
“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus” (Hebrews 10:19).
The Blood of Jesus cleanses all sin.
“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin” (I John 1:7).
We overcome by the Blood.
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death” (Revelation 12:11).
Our Spiritual garments are washed in the Blood.
“And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” (Revelation 7:14).
